Program Overview

‘Break the Chains’ is envisioned as a court-referred diversion program focused on accountability, rehabilitation, and measurable outcomes. The program would offer participants a comprehensive, supervised alternative that addresses the root causes of justice involvement while maintaining public safety and judicial oversight.

      Key components include:

  • Education & Workforce Certification
    GED, industry-recognized certifications, and Scholarships to nationally accredited universities. Plus, job placement assistance aligned with the quickly changing labor market.

  • Mental Health & Substance Use Services
    Clinical assessments, counseling, trauma-informed care, and referrals to licensed treatment providers where appropriate.

  • Rehabilitation & Life Skills Development
    Cognitive behavioral programming, decision-making skills, anger management, financial literacy, and reentry planning.

  • Mentorship & Case Management
    Structured mentorship, compliance monitoring, progress reporting, and individualized case plans to ensure accountability and follow-through.

  • Community Reintegration Support
    Assistance with employment placement, housing referrals, transportation coordination, and continued support post-completion.a
